Putting it all together for the sake of clarity (and fairness) .
I write this brief note to explain the reasons why I decided to wrap together the five websites I created over the last years under one single, comprehensive umbrella (or gateway).
The reason, so far, is simple : clarity. I started writing in 2020, after finishing my first two books, I considered that it was appropriate to have a sort of container where I could pour all my creations in the field of painting, writing (that would be literature, but it would be maybe to much to use this word, anyway), and finally web development itself, as the creation of the very same website could be deemed a sort of accomplishment or feat in itself. So I made my first one ("Glucksmann Digital.net" from which all the other websites stemmed), after which other four websites followed : one for painting, "L'Atelier de Peinture", which is a shop for my paintings; "Glucksmann Books", for the books I wrote (not a publishing house, but a literary website) ;"The Hidden Ring" which was devoted to Eastern philosophy; and finally "Galaxy", an experimental website I created only recently as a present or "cadeaux" for my Muslim brethren.
What was missing was my "personal" website, the one that usually most artists and professionals consider the most important one. I left it as the last one, the one meant to be the overall container of all my "works", thoughts, books, sketches, the lot. So now I wanted to remedy to this gap with my own personal website www.guidoeliasrcontino.com.
That said, I would like to point put here that I am firstly a freelance artist, or a digital professional of the web ; I am not an entrepreneur, a businessman, a venture capitalist , or anything of the sort. I'm just a guy who struggles to make the ends meet every month, and considers a quiet life as an artist way more interesting than the thrills and dangers of venture capitalism.
Thanks for your kindness and comprehension.
